Del Mar Court apartments are situated in a quiet lane above Fermain Bay yet only five minutes drive from St. Peter Port shops and harbour and are ideally situated off the main St. Peter Port/Airport road, easy to find for both sea and air travellers. Near to major bus routes taking you into St. Peter Port town centre and harbour in about five minutes or the other way taking you around the island. St. Martins parish centre is close-by for all your shopping needs - you will find a post office, chemist, doctors surgery, hairdresser, food and clothes shops, bakery, cafes, banks and garages. There are several hotels nearby offering bar and restaurant meals within 5 to 15 minutes walking distance.

DISABILITY ACCESS - We have no specific disabled facilities, but we do have properties which are on the ground floor. Del Mar Court is not suitable for anyone confined to a wheelchair due to maneuverability within the apartment, however all the ground floor apartments can be accessed by a sloping path giving easy one level access to these apartments. There is one step into the apartment and once in all on one level. There is a separate shower which has a step up into the shower tray. We would not advise the use of a wheelchair within the apartment.
