Longer Let Winter Tariff

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING:-

• Monthly rental is payable in advance.
• Security Deposit of 1 months rent is payable on arrival.
• Rates include all utilities
• You are responsible for the day to day cleaning and keeping your apartment tidy. The apartment will be serviced weekly or fortnightly ** every two weeks with a change of linen and change of towels weekly. You will be required to vacate the apartment whilst it is being serviced. We like to keep a check on our properties so on this day the accommodation must be left tidy so that we can clean the apartment and keep it in the spotless condition we require. This is temporary accommodation and for this reason you must not store belongings in the apartment, only bring what you need for your stay - only bring your clothes and essential personal items.

• NO SMOKING IN THE APARTMENTS
• NO PETS
• Children by arrangement

In case of an emergency you must advise us if you plan to be away from the property and also advise us if you have guests to stay overnight.

Any damage caused to the structure and fittings i.e, carpets, furniture etc to be reimbursed. No fixtures to be fitted to any part of the property, please do not use sticky tape or blue tac on the walls.

We reserve the right to remove anyone who:-

• Fails to leave the property in an acceptable condition weekly
• Unreasonably disturbs other residents
• Fails to pay rent as required
