They are not divulged to any other company or business or anyone outside Guernsey Self Catering or their agents. This information includes details such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and date of birth. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

We use this personal information to deal with your requests such as providing you with information about your reservation and may from time to time use it to inform you of our products and services, both before and subsequent to your initial stay. A significant number of our guests return each year. Your personal information may be retained so that it can be reused on subsequent visits, though we would of course be happy to delete it at any time at your request. You may opt out of receiving marketing material or other information from us. Payment Card Details

Your payment card details are dealt with by Opayo one of the UK's biggest payment gateways. Guernsey Self Catering is a secure site and our trusted SSL certification ensures maximum security for you. When you book online, Opayo retain your card details on their systems for administrative purposes as a record of the transaction. Guernsey Self Catering DO NOT have access to your physical card details at any time. Returning customers will see a facility within their account for making payment without entering their details. Only the last four digits of their credit card are displayed. Many sites now use this type of facility and it is fast becoming the norm (see Amazon for instance). It is purely for customer convenience and poses no security risk whatsoever.
